How can I see and try a vehicle before I place an order?
Holden Mobility strongly recommends that you try a vehicle before you decide to buy. We will make this as easy as possible by arranging for one of our trained Advisors to visit you at home and demonstrate the vehicle you are interested in. We travel to anywhere in mainland UK for home demonstrations, or alternatively, you can visit our Norwich showrooms.
What can I do if something goes wrong with my vehicle or conversion after delivery?
Simply call us on 0845 612 6665 – our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (with an answer phone outside of office hours). We will then arrange the appropriate course of action to assist you and get you mobile as soon as we can.
Will I be put under pressure to order a vehicle at the time of demonstration?
Absolutely not. Our Advisors are only there to demonstrate the vehicle and to answer any questions you may have. Once you have seen the vehicle we leave it up to you to decide whether you would like to proceed any further.
Are your vehicles available through the Motability scheme?
All of our vehicles are available through the Motability scheme. In fact, the Kangoo entry model is even available with a nil deposit.
